I like flying and I like airports. Flight to Japan is part of my travel fun. Come back from Japan is always sad, because actually I do not want to come back... But before I back, I must go there.Each time I want to go to Japan, I try to use different airlines. I can compare which I like the best. Because I was already six times in Japan, I used Air France, KLM, JAL, SAS and Finn Air airlines. I can say that for me best catering has Air France. Lemon tarts I ate during my flight to Osaka were best ever. But airport was not so nice. Naturally packed with shops and cafeterias, but somehow chaotic and cold. Airport in Copenhagen is extra Scandinavian.Big open wooden spaces of waiting room, so big that suitable for cycling. But nothing else I thought frst. But later I found out that I must cross security border to enter into bars, restaurants and shops section. There was pretty lively and I had good fun and nice shopping. And I must say Denish airport crew is very kind and helpful, same like very well organised. I like thiontrast crew was really s airport. But I dpo not like Heathrow. Chaotic and cold, shops boring. It is such a contrast with lively and freindly airport in Amsterdam. It is impossible to get bored there. All spaces are open and well connected, information good and efficient. I could enjoy nice dinner, shopping, very tasty coffee and even could see art is timny museum located at the airport. It was such a nice surprise. I had to spend 5 hours waiting for my trip but I had a really good time. Just one thing less good- food in airplane was so bad. The worst from all I tried. As for the contrast, crew was very nice. Helsinki International airport is so small. There is a lot of space to wait and nice view from windows. I like giant windows. In Amsterdam I could observe amazing sky and blue clouds, in Finnland..rocks and rain. Helsinki airport is not too amusing but very clean and friendly. And has very clean lavatory. This is mportant factor. My favourite are Japanese airports...Like Narita in Tokyo or Kansai Airport in Osaka. Kansai airport is located on artificial island so to get to town I had to use train which run through bridge above a sea. I am already thinking about my next trip. To Tokyo again. I must think which airlines I should choose. Maybe Japanese?
