From unknown reason text of my essage did not appear when I tried to posted it yesterday.So I will try again now.

My first trip to Japan was in 1999. I spent two weeks in Nagoya and many places around this town's area. It was really great time. During first week of my stay I was living in house of buddhist monk and his family. From my room I could see rice fields. It was summer time so very hot and humid. I felt like cooked and sweaty all the time but happy anyway. I always wanted to visit Japan and finally I could be there. In August, directly in time of O-bon festival. i could watch hana-bi, fireworks, together with hundreds of Japanese people dressed in colourful yukata. I was taken to many temples and shrines, spent great day on the beach and get burnt by sun. My hosts took me to so many places, I could try great food and first time in my life I was swimming in Pacific ocean.

Second week of my stay I spent in Nagoya, wher I stayed in my friend's place. She was studying at Nagoya University and had holidays in August. We explored city together, I found one great temple and met very interesting monks, ate apple sitting on hand of giant Buddha statue (with whole respect naturally) and I was even working one day in theme park Meijimura in Inuyama. It was fun. This was first from my 6 journeys to Japan. I am going to write about many of my adventures as some of them are really funny. I could see many many places already and time which I spent in Japan made me love this country and its peple even more.
