I should stay in Chikatsuyu for night.

It would be reasonable. But I was not reasonable at all and decided to continue my walk. It is because day was so pretty and warm and I start to enjoy walking after first few hours of struggling. So I was walking forward through villages and forest, crossing roads and watching lovely view

It is so quiet place. Long hors I could not see anybody. Not even people who started to walk with me. Because they stayed in Chikatsuyu for night or took buses to go somewhere else. After few hours of walk I have noticed that it is sunset and I had to find some place to sleep. I went by very pretty temple, near which there wer giant trees and bench. I took small rest and watched this temple. It was old looking but local people had to care for the place a lot. In distance I could see village and I went there.

It is mountain area so village was located on heals too. It was a bit hard to walk up the street. I hardly imagine how old people who live there can use such a road. I liked this place with small stream crossing the village. Still I do not remember tha name of place. Such a pity! because I would like to come back there. If I walk again, I will recognize this place immediately. There is great view point and lovely cafeteria in the end of village. Amazing place.

Owner is a very nice lady, originally from Tokyo. I saw her when she was standing in fromnt of her house. She said I should not go anymore this day, because it was too late and forest is not safe at night. This what I understood. She said I should better stay in village and helped me to find place to sleep.

It was lovely old guest house, ryokan like, but very simple in syle. It looked like old Japanese country house with few fire places in floor, with trunks of old trees working as pillars for heavy roof..so nice place. I was enchanted and so happy...all place was for me. I made a fire and prepared meal from ingredients I recived from nice lady from cafateria. Chicken dish made on fire. So tasty. I have found note book with memos from other people who stayed in this place. All in Japanese naturaly.

The best part was o-furo. Bath. Owner's wife prepared it for me. In big bath house with giant bath tube made from wood..from  trunk of giant, huge tree! So big like small swimming pool, like for 10 people.

I had great view for mountains in moonshine. Bath house was open, what means that one wall was not covered by glass or sort of things so fresh evening air, insects and mists were going inside. I clean my body first sitting on small bench and splashing hot water around. water was hot and so clean, from stream which goes through village. I was in such a good mood that walking around naked I w as singing bath songs. It is Japanese custm to enter to bath tube when body is already completely clean and all idea of stay in bath tube is to relax. So I cleaned myself very carefully after all day of walk and later...it was heavenly bath. Amazing experience and joy. I went to sleep in excelent mood.

This place is amzing. I must go back there. And I am so greatefull all these good people who helped me and were so good and kind for me...
