I went to Shinjuku to enjoy night life, or rather observation os night life. It was fun. Japanese really can act crazy and not be so self controlled anymore. Shinjuku by night is kind of big enterteinment district. This is mostly enterteinment for men, but for women as well. It is posiible to eat there some nice dinner in posh or less posh bars and restaurants. Men go to stip bars or simply to places with girls, but in this second cse rather not only to watch them. Young people get drunk and vomit around. There are guys who try to pick up pretty girls and covinced them to participate in nude photo sesions and maybe even porn movie. I can understand some Japanese, so I could hear pieces of conversations. But I prefered to pretend I am not speaking Japanese at all. It is fun, because I can learn a lot about Japanese in such way.  Interesting thing is that for Japanese single foreign woman is like invisible. They prefer foreign hostess in clubs. And Shinjuku is packed with hostess clubs, restaurants, bars, pachinko slots and many other fun places. LOts of lights and colours. During night time this area looks much better than during day. I was just walking around observinited men to g. I have seen some yakuza, some fancy dressed young men with crazy hair cuts who invited male custoers to enter to club or hostess bar. They looked really amazing. I ate nice portion of takoyaki- octopus balls, with mayonaise. It is very tasty and not expensive at all. I bough it from street stall. It is not dangerous to walk around in Shinjuku around midnight. It is fun. Good to see less official side of Japan.
