I went to Tsukiji market this morning.

It was fun, but I had to wake up very early morning. I wanted to see big auction of huge tunas. It started from 5:30 am. I was walking to Tsukiji from my place. In so early morning there are no trains and I did not want to take taxi.

Tsukiji market is easy to find. It looks like part of some port. Lots of small vehicles carrying fish running around so man must be careful not to be smashed by one. Lots of houswifes hunting for oportunity to buy cheaper fish and sea food and lots of fish and seaweed. Amazing variety of seafood, fish of all shapes and colours. Some things I have never seen in my life and I had no idea somebody can it this. But obviously can.

Giant tunas are amazing big. And fozen. I would like to know how people decide which tuna is most expensive. It is not only about size but meat quality.  There are hundreds of tunas and I was thinking that sea is so fantastic source of food, so we should try to keep it in good like this...

Auction looks like auction of art and just objects are different. I had fun watching this. There was many tourists as well, as Tsukiji market is famous place in Tokyo. It might be one of last oportunities to see this place, because soon Tsukiji market will be relocated as I have heard. But I have no idea where.

When I see all I wanted, I went to eat great sushi in one of Tsukiji sushi bars. It was very fine sushi, great breakfast. I like Tsukiji. Looks like big version of port market I rememebr from my childhood.

It was great morning but now I am sleepy. Nap time is now.
